1. Go to a USA proxy like,
webwarper.net/ OR speedyaccess.info/
2. Paste the Stardoll link in the blank URL box on the website

3. Click Go/Browse/Enter on your keyboard
Wait 'til Stardoll page loads
4. You can now leave the proxy and go to Stardoll as usual
You should find the coat in a "Beauty and the Beast" bag, and the HollyWood sign in a Nickolodeon bag.

Free Shirt & Camera

Hit enter on your keyboard
It will bring you to another Stardoll page, log out, or close the page and open another one, and they should both be in your suite!
These are quite old items, and sometimes it doesn't work. I've heard people complaining they can't get it, but if I can get it, so can you.
Free ChildLine items
Go to Clubs, and then go down to Sponsered Clubs and click on the childline club, or easily go to this link:

You should automatically be entered into the club.
Scroll down to where it will say to watch a video, watch the video, and you will recieve a free ChildLine poster for your suite.
Just beneath that it should say about supporting ChildLine, so click on the link which will open the ChildLine website. Close it, then go to Stardoll and you should have a tree!
